Connect Seated
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Seated Events.
Type your artist ID and confirm the correct account is selected.
Click Get Artist Data to start fetching your events.
Add events to your Fan HQ
Show upcoming dates on your Fan HQ homepage so fans can find tickets as soon as they land.
Navigate to Fan HQ and click + Add Block.
Select Tour and choose Seated.
Add a block title - for example, “Upcoming shows.”
Set the number of shows to display by default.
Click Save & Publish.
⚪️ Note: The Tour block pulls dates from your Seated integration and uses your Brand Kit styling.
🟡 Please note: If you remove the Seated integration, remove the Tour block from your Fan HQ to avoid displaying an empty block to fans.
Add events to a Landing Page
Show your tour dates at the end of a Landing Page flow so fans can buy tickets right after they sign up.
Navigate to Engage > Landing Pages and open your Landing Page.
Go to the Thank you step and click + to add a block.
Select Tour and choose Seated.
Add a block title and set the number of shows to display.
Click Save, then Publish when you are ready.
Add events to a Post
Put your tour dates in a Post so fans see them in their inbox and on the web, which works well for tour announcements and presale communications.
Navigate to Engage > Posts and open your Post, or click + New Post.
In the Edit tab, click + and select Tour from the Engage blocks.
Choose Seated.
Set the maximum number of events to display.
Publish or schedule your Post.
Add to your Fanpage (Legacy)
1. Navigate to Engage > Fanpage.
2. In the Content tab, select Events, then Seated.
3. Give the section a title.
4. Click Publish.
⚪ Note: When disconnecting this integration, remember to unpublish this section from your Fanpage.
