Every Fan Profile brings together everything you know about a fan in one place - their personal details, engagement history, transactions, conversations, uploads, and authenticity data. The richer a Fan Profile becomes, the more context you have to build stronger fan relationships and make better campaign decisions.
Fan Profiles sit at the center of your fan graph. They help you understand not just how many fans you have, but how engaged each fan is.
🟢 Top tip: The most valuable Fan Profiles are built over time. Every signup, purchase, click, poll response, upload, and conversation adds more context to the fan relationship.
Open a Fan Profile
The quickest way to access a Fan Profile is through the All Fans view.
Go to Fans > All Fans.
Sort or filter the fan list.
Click a fan's email address.
Find a specific fan
If you are searching for a specific fan:
Navigate to Fans > All Fans.
Click Filter View.
Add an email address filter and enter the fan’s email address.
Navigate between Fan Profiles
When browsing a filtered audience or fan segment, use the navigation arrows at the top of the profile to move between fans.
⚪ Note: Fan Profile navigation is limited to the first 2,000 fans in a segment.
Fan Bio
At the top of every Fan Profile you will see the fan’s name, location, profile image, one year engagement score, and one year fan value. Use the phone and message icons to contact the fan directly - a phone call or SMS message. See pricing here.
Details tab
The Details tab contains all the information a fan has shared with you across your world. Depending on the data collected, a Fan Profile may include:
First name and last name
Birthday and timezone
Phone number and email address
Language and company name
Tags - all tags assigned to the fan, with the ability to add new ones directly from the profile
Location - city and country, editable from the profile
Delivery address
Subscriptions - current membership tier and DSP connections (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer)
Permissions - contact permissions (receives email, receives SMS) and consent dates for email, SMS, and face signature
Verification - email status, phone status, SMS verified, and face verified
Fan Authenticity - Captcha score, liveness score, and bot status
⚪ Note: All data displayed here is fabricated for demo purposes.
Acquisition
The Details tab also shows how and where the fan first joined your world:
Channel type - for example, landing page, Fan HQ, or shop
Channel name - the specific page or campaign they came from
Source - the referral URL if known
Timeline tab
The Timeline shows a complete history of fan engagement, including first seen date, last active date, and total event count.
Filter the timeline by event type:
Sign-ups
Verification
Links clicked
Wallet
Purchases
Tickets
Broadcasts
Opt-outs
Use the Timeline to understand how a fan has engaged across campaigns and touchpoints over time - it is one of the clearest indicators of how genuinely active a fan is.
Uploads tab
The Uploads tab shows any content submitted by the fan through UGC steps on your landing pages - photos, videos, audio, and written submissions. Search by message content or apply filters to find specific uploads.
Fan uploads also appear in Fans > Fan Uploads. See Collect Fan Uploads for more detail.
Transactions tab
The Transactions tab shows a full record of the fan’s purchase activity, including:
Transaction date
Transaction type - merch, ticketing, waitlist, giftcard, and more
Description
Volume
Value
A running total is shown at the bottom of the table. Transaction data can come from manually imported purchases or connected store integrations.
Conversations tab
The Conversations tab stores a history of direct communication between the fan and the artist team, including email and SMS. Each entry shows the message type, direction (inbound or outbound), sent time, and read time.
Reply directly from the profile using Reply via SMS or Reply via Email at the bottom of the tab.
Link clicks tab
The Link Clicks tab shows every tracked link interaction the fan has made, including the URL clicked, the date and time, and the broadcast it came from where applicable.
Link click activity is often one of the strongest indicators of fan engagement and campaign interest.
Location tab
The Location tab displays the fan’s location on a map, with their city and country listed below. Where the fan has responded to a Where Should We Play? campaign, their response is shown alongside their location data.
Delete a Fan Profile
Artists can delete a Fan Profile directly from the bottom of the Details tab - useful if you have created a test fan record when building a landing page flow.
⚠️ Please note: If a fan has submitted a GDPR data deletion request, use the Fan Data Requests tool under Settings > Compliance instead of deleting the profile manually.
The Fan Data Requests workflow automatically notifies the fan when the deletion is complete. See Manage Fan Terms, Privacy Policies, and Fan Data Requests for more detail.
