Fan uploads are photos, videos, audio, and written submissions collected from fans through UGC steps on your Landing Pages. You can manage uploads at the individual Landing Page level or across all pages from one place.
View and manage Fan Uploads from a Landing Page
If your Landing Page includes a UGC step, all submissions for that page appear in the Engagement tab of the Landing Page overview.
Navigate to Engage > Landing Pages and open the relevant Landing Page.
Select the Engagement tab.
Scroll to the UGC section.
From here you can:
Browse all fan submissions for that Landing Page
Search by message content, fan name, or email using the search bar
Apply filters to find specific uploads
Sort and download content
🟢 Top tip: Use a specific upload tag on each UGC step - for example, london-2026-upload - so you can identify which campaign or event each submission came from and follow up with those fans specifically.
View and manage all Fan Uploads
Navigate to Fans > Fan Uploads to see fan uploads across all Landing Pages in one place.
The dashboard shows four headline metrics:
Uploads - total uploads, with breakdowns for the last 7 days, last 30 days, and comparison to the previous 30 days
Fans - total fans who have uploaded, repeat uploaders, average uploads per fan, and the most uploads from one fan
Media - breakdown of uploads by type: photos, videos, and audio
Messages - breakdown of text-only submissions and submissions with media attached
Browse and filter uploads
Search by message content, fan name, or email using the search bar
Click Show Filters to filter by Landing Page, tag, file type, date, or other criteria
Use Tag fans with... to apply a tag to fans in your current filtered results
Download Fan uploads
Click the download arrow in the top right corner to download all uploads from your current filtered results. Use filters first to narrow down to the specific campaign, event, or file type you want before downloading.
View uploads on an individual fan profile
Fan uploads also appear on the Uploads tab of each fan’s profile. Navigate to Fans > All Fans, open a fan profile, and select the Uploads tab to see everything that fan has submitted across all your Landing Pages.
Before you publish a UGC step
🟡 Please note: Artists are responsible for explaining to fans how their uploaded content will be used. Make sure the disclaimer field in your UGC step is completed before publishing the Landing Page. See Collect UGC from fans for more detail on configuring a UGC step.
