Social handles are collected as part of the profile builder step in your Landing Page flow. To collect social handles, add or edit a profile builder step and toggle on the platforms you want to collect.
Add or edit a profile builder step
Open your Landing Page and click the + icon between journey steps, or open an existing profile builder step.
Select Profile builder if adding a new step.
Click + collect more.
Toggle on the platforms you want to collect - Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
Choose whether the step is skippable for fans.
Add a heading and description to prompt fans.
⚪ Note: Social handle fields collected via the profile builder are saved to each fan's profile in Openstage and can be used for audience segmentation.
