A Collect UGC step lets fans submit photos, videos, and more as part of a Landing Page flow. Use it to gather show memories, campaign submissions, fan stories, and community content in one place.

Add a UGC step
Open your Landing Page and click the + icon between journey steps.
Select Collect UGC.
🟢 Top tip: UGC collection can also be added as an additional ask directly within your Join step, rather than as a separate step in the flow, either before or after email collection.
Configure the Collect UGC step
Configure the following:
Heading (optional) - tell fans what to upload.
File type:
Image - .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .bmp, .ico, .avif
Video - .mp4, .avi, .mov, .wmv, .flv, .webm, .mkv
Audio - .mp3, .wav, .ogg, .flac, .aac, .m4a
Text - a free-form text answer
Other - choose a combination of specific file extensions
Maximum file size.
Skippable - choose whether fans can skip this step or must complete it.
⚪ Note: Sort and download fan uploads submitted via your UGC step from the Engagement tab of your Landing Page.
Use Collect UGC steps at shows
Collect UGC steps work well as part of a QR code sign-up journey at shows. Fans scan a QR code, join your world through a Landing Page, upload a photo or memory, then receive a thank-you message or follow-up broadcast.
A common show journey:
